Education for the Future Survey
The Education for the Future survey was conducted in the spring of 2018 as part of District 90’s continuous improvement initiatives. Administered by California State University, the confidential online survey is designed to generate a detailed picture of the workings of our schools by encouraging students in grades 4-8, families, and staff to share their thoughts on important elements of school processes and practices. The results will be used to guide improvement in District 90. The results for each of our schools can be viewed by clicking on the links below.
Illinois Youth Survey
Conducted on a biennial basis, the Illinois Youth Survey (IYS) is administered to students in grades 8, 10, and 12 across the state. Students anonymously and confidentially answered questions about a variety of health and social indicators including tobacco, alcohol, and other drug use; nutrition and fitness; violence; bullying; and perceptions of school climate. Funded by the Illinois Department of Human Service and supported by the Illinois State Board of Education, the IYS is administered through the University of Illinois’ Center for Prevention Research and Development.
