OPRF High School Opens COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic to D90 Community

OPRF High School Opens COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic to D90 Community

The Oak Park and River Forest High School will be holding a vaccination clinic on Monday, August 9, from 12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Open to students age 12 and older, the vaccination clinic is also open to staff members from School Districts 90, 97, and 200, and community members. The Pfizer vaccine, which is approved for individuals age 12 and older, will be administered on Monday. Appointments for the second injection will be automatically scheduled and also administered at the high school.

All individuals between 12 and 17 years old must have a signed parental consent form to receive the vaccine. Students who are 14 years and younger must also be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
