At the May Special Board of Education and Reorganization Meetings, Board members affirmed the results of the April 6 election and swore in the recently elected Board members. The Board welcomed newly elected Board member Sarah Eckmann to a four-year term. Three incumbent Board members –Katie Avalos, Nicole Thompson, and Stacey Williams – were re-elected to full four-year terms. The newly-organized Board also selected Board Officers and Committee Chairs. The installation of the Board members occurred during the Board of Education Reorganizational meeting on May 3.
