David Davis has been selected as the new Assistant Principal with responsibilities at both Lincoln and Willard Schools. This is a newly created position in District 90. He will start in his new role on July 5.
Mr. Davis comes to District 90 after a very thorough search process that involved faculty, staff, administrators, and parents. Prior to the District 90 position, he served as an Assistant Principal and a District Technology Facilitator for the Winnetka District 36. He has also held the position of Technology Integration Specialist in the Westchester School District 92½, after serving as a third grade teacher in Evanston-Skokie District 65.
Mr. Davis has extensive experience supporting efforts that integrate technology with high quality curriculum, along with advancing collaboration among teachers, families, and community members. He holds two masters’ degrees from Concordia University in Principal Preparation/Administration and Educational Technology, a master’s degree from Roosevelt University in Elementary Education, and a bachelor’s degree from Roosevelt University in Music Performance.
